Dr Richard Stewart is Managing Director and is recognised globally as an Industry Leader. He holds a PhD in biological chemistry from the University of Adelaide and has qualifications in Technology Commercialisation from the University of Texas and in Product Innovation from Harvard University. Richard is a regular presenter at international conferences.

Chairman, Mr Denis Harwood, has more than 40 years of relevant experience in early stage technology commercialisation in USA, Europe and Australia. This included roles as Executive Chairman of Minelab which sold handheld metal detectors worldwide, and CEO of the first venture capital company in Australia (founded 1983).
